St Moritz and Lake Lugano

As we travel to the scenic sites, we will leave Switzerland And enter Liechtenstein and Italy. We will cross the Swiss and Italian border three different times. Our first night is spent in St Moritz. This trendy ski resort is quiet this time of year but you can tell from the fancy shops that the people who live and ski here have plenty of money to spend.

We crossed a spectacular mountain range between St Moritz and spend the next night at Lake Lugano. The weather in Lake Lugano is very hot and we end up moving from the uncomfortable rooms in the hotel the tour uses to a nearby air conditioned hotel. We view this as preventative health care to avoid a heat stroke. We are probably the only people on the tour who get a good nights sleep this evening.
